Q: Do you deliver/install/service anywhere?

A:  That is very difficult. If you are located out of our service range (Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton), we will do our best to answer all questions and try to point you in the right direction.  We are located in Mississauga.  Many customers have taken a trip and picked up from us.  We always support you with self installation.

Q:  What areas specifically do you service?

A:  Generally Mississauga, Oakville, and Brampton are the three main areas.  Call or contact if you are not sure.  Sometimes we will travel further

Q: Is a patio screen door easy to take off and re-install?  

A: Yes, generally.  Our How to page will guide you through it, including how to measure

Q:  What about screen windows?

A: Again, same level of difficulty.  Most window openings are all different with different challenges

Q: Do you deal with glass doors or windows?

A: No, we do not.  We can provide a couple links if you contact us

Q: Do the big box stores have these products?

A: Yes and no.  They have doors that are adjustable with plastic wheels.  Our products have metal wheels which are more durable.  They also have window DIY kits.  Be careful that you get the correct size spline (rubber that holds the screen securely in place

Q: Aren't most doors standard size?

A: NO! That is why the big box stores sell adjustable doors.  All doors have to be measured with a high degree of accuracy or else it won't work.

Q: Do you require me to measure?

A: Sometimes, yes.  We've video called with customers many times to ensure accuracy.  ALL doors and windows start with accurate measurements (inches).  Our How to page will help you

Q: Do you have commercial options for my business to keep the back door open?

A: YES!  These are gaining in popularity as places like restaurants or shops want air flow during nice weather

Q: Do you deal with glass doors or windows?

A: No, we do not.  We can provide a couple links if you contact us

Q:  How long does installation generally take?

A: It depends on some factors but generally between 20-45 minutes

Q: Does someone need to be home for installation?

A: Yes.  We only need access for the glass door open to put the locking mechanism on.

Q: What is turnaround time once I order and put a deposit down?

A: Usually 7-10 days.  We do our best to stick to that as well as a 4 hour window on day of install
